Final Cover Page
This is my final design after using feedback given by my audience; I added more cover lines on the right hand side, enlarged the splash in the center so it will grab your attention and also added noise to the whole page.

My Model And Appearance
The person i have chosen to be the model for my article is Angus Jevons, the reason I chose him is that he has a look about him which fits in perfectly with the Indie Genre. When taking my photos I kept him in a dark area of somewhere confined, To make the image look grungy and mysterious to portray the character he is.
When also taking the photos I had him dressed in Either a Green parka with skinny jeans or a blue Harrington with skinny jeans, I did this as bother those 2 items of clothing are very significant to the Indie genre. Many iconic Artists have worn this style of clothing which is will also give a clear indication of the Genre of my magazine.

I have a good understanding of features and key focus points to do with cover pages and content pages, this is showing progression in my learning and will help produce the best quality finish for my final magazine. However do not have a full understanding of every key term and must learn the definitions and effects each one gives, in order to give the best finish and grade

Main Task Brief
Hello, Im Aaron Wilkes and this is my AS Media studies blog. Throughout the course i will present to you a step by step development of my final task creating a music magazine and the use of programmes such as photoshop, publisher etc.. However before creating my music magazine i will be designing a front page and contents for a school magazine. I predict this may be very basic and unprofessional, but as the course progresses on i will learn from mistakes and learn how to use software like photoshop to a much greater extent.
